Terms & Conditions- Virtual Consultations

1. Service Overview

This service consists of a live, virtual interior design consultation tailored to the client’s specific questions and needs.

Each session has a duration of [60 minutes].

2. What’s Included

The session may include:

  • Advice on layout, furniture placement, or space planning

  • Guidance on style, materials, or finishes

  • Recommendations based on the client’s needs and preferences

3. What’s Not Included

This service does not include:

  • Drawings, layouts, or floor plans

  • Moodboards or visual presentations

  • Shopping lists or sourcing

  • Any form of deliverable

Unless purchased separately as an add-on.

4. Payment

Full payment is required in order to confirm and schedule the session.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of [24 hours] notice.

If the client does not attend the scheduled session, it will be considered completed and will not be refunded or rescheduled.


6. Scope of Advice

All recommendations provided during the session are advisory in nature.

The client is responsible for implementation and final decisions..


7. Add-Ons

Any additional deliverables or follow-up work will be quoted separately.

8. Communication

All scheduling and coordination will be handled via email unless otherwise specified.

9. No Refunds

All sessions are non-refundable once booked.

10. Acceptance

By booking a session, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
